APPLICABLE LAW

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Click2Resume website or to products you purchase through Click2Resume website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in India, in Delhi jurisdiction, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Click2Resume's intellectual property rights, Click2Resume may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or applicable court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Indian Arbitration Law. The arbitrator\\\'s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

REFUNDS

Click2Resume is committed to providing exceptional writing and editing at affordable prices, and we have a customer approval rate of 96%; however, Click2Resume is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any writing, editing or any other service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by Click2Resume. Click2Resume also reserves the right to use its work in instructional or promotional material subject to the Privacy Agreement.

Note:

Gift purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances. Adjustments to any gift purchase will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Services TAT and Validity

Resume Services:

For Normal delivery TAT is 7 Days after receiving the raw Resume.
For Express delivery TAT is 48 hrs after receiving the raw Resume.
For Express delivery TAT is 24 hrs after receiving the raw Resume.

  • The applicant is charged on the basis of job experience in the resume which he/she provides at the time of order and the extra information he provides to the resume writer during the course of resume preparation. The job experience includes all kinds of trainings and projects.
  • The resume delivery period is solely dependent on the timely response of the applicant to the queries of the resume writers
  • Click2Resume will not entertain any modifications on the resume after 15 days from the date we send the first draft of the resume to the applicant's email ID

    • Profile Verification:
         With in 30 Days after receiving all supporting documents.

    Resume Blaze:
         Resume will be Blazed to consultants within 4 to 5 working days from Date of purchase of this service.

  • CLICK2RESUME does no guarantee response or calls under this service or about the credentials of the prospective employer/consultants which receives the information / data and uses it to contact the applicant. It shall be the sole responsibility of the applicant to check the authenticity of all or any response received or for going out of station or in station for any job interview and CLICK2RESUME assumes no responsibility in respect thereof.

    • Also please note that these services are not Lifetime services its onetime services.

    Refunds/ Chargebacks

    The service once subscribed to by the applicant is not refundable & non-transferable and all amount(s) paid shall stand appropriated. In case of payment by Credit Card, no charge back shall be accepted by CLICK2RESUME. In case of payment by cheques, CLICK2RESUME reserves the right to provide service after realization of the Cheque amount. In the event of the dishonor of the cheque, an additional cost by way of service cost of Rs. 150 shall become immediately payable and the applicant agrees to pay the same together with interest payable @ rate of 2% per month from the date the said payment fell due till date of its realization together with all costs related to its realization
